High-voltage pulsed power source high-voltage pulses SHVP-2

SHVP-2 HV pulsed voltage source is designed to carry out tests on the pulse endurance electric strength of magnetocumulative generators of different types and to run trials of separate units of the magnetocumulative generators before the final preparations for their operation. The key performances of SHVP-2 device are given in the Table.

High-voltage pulsed power source high-current pulses SHCP-1

SHCP-1 HV high-current pulse source is designed for mechanical strength tests of separate units of the magnetocumulative generators and generator assemblies before bringing them into the operating condition. The key performances of SHCP-1 are given in the Table.

SHCP-1 source can also be used to determine the mechanical strength of some other high-current facilities in the pulsed operation mode.

Magnetocumulative Generator Simulator (MCG-S)

MCG-S simulator is designed for studying separate units of compact MCGs and their design refinement in the laboratory conditions. Simulator allows to conduct experimental studies and optimize design features of different devices, driven by MCG power supplies with total energy in pulse up to 10kJ. General view of MCG simulator is shown in Figure 1.
